GOCAF was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: community animals deserve freedom, dignity, and protection — not conflict, fear, or neglect. Across cities, towns, and villages, animals live alongside us every day. They are part of our shared ecosystem and our shared responsibility.
Over the years, I have witnessed how lack of awareness, misinformation, and absence of structured systems lead to unnecessary suffering. GOCAF was born to bridge this gap.
